On the rare occasions when they can't sort things out that way, your equipment will be replaced within 24 hours.

You'll never have to deal with a single software or hardware supplier. We'll take total responsibility. We'll manage the situation, sorting out any supplier disputes, and leaving you free to get on with your business.
