IDENTIFYING THE TRAINING YOU NEED

The first step in providing the training you need is to analyse your requirements. There is no point in training people in skills your business does not need, or that the individual employee is never likely to use. Training must have a purpose and provide a business benefit. FTT can help you analyse your needs yourself or we can do the job for you - assessing the needs of any or all of your staff.

Never forget that Senior Managers and Executives can need training too. Many senior staff have expensive computer systems but have barely scratched the surface of what they can do with them.

We can provide a wide range of courses, from a very basic 2 hr PC orientation course to training in using specific software such as Word, Excel, Outlook or even the real boffin stuff such as MCSE and MCP for technicians.

YOUR PLACE OR OURS?

Some companies prefer their staff to train in their own offices, on the systems they will be using. Others prefer training to take place outside the office, with no distractions. We can do either. We have facilities for up to eight delegates at our own premises, but we are happy to work on your premises too.

ADVICE ON GRANTS TOO

You may even be eligible for a grant to help with the cost of your training. Considerable amounts of Government and European Union funding have been set aside for this purpose and we can provide guidance in this respect if required.
